Digital data management platform for the automotive industry Impel has acquired conversational AI startup CarLabs for an undisclosed sum. CarLabs has developed virtual assistants for car dealers and OEMs to manage and improve customer interactions, which will build on Impel’s growing AI portfolio for the industry.
