Introducing Voicebot Research – The Most Comprehensive Data on Voice Assistants and AI
On Tuesday Voicebot launched our annual Smart Speaker Consumer Adoption Report 2020. It is the most comprehensive look at smart speaker adoption, use, and trends available today and depicts three years of data. The report is also the first published product by Voicebot Research, a new group within the Voicebot.ai family.
Why a New Research Service from Voicebot?
Voicebot.ai has carved out a unique role in chronicling the rise of voice assistants as the next important computing platform following the web and mobile. We publish over 60 news articles per month, have the most popular podcast in the industry, and generally are a gathering place for news and analysis about where the industry is today and where it is headed. In addition, Voicebot has developed a reputation as the central repository for accurate data related to voice and AI technologies. This data includes our own proprietary research alongside that of some other high-quality research services.
Voicebot’s Reports today are the most cited and many will say the most valuable in the industry. Four-to-five times per year we have produced a new report and each time we get many questions that go beyond what we have time to consider in our limited publishing schedule. While Voicebot Reports today are unmatched in their depth, we also know that we can go much deeper, cover more topics, and provide more insight for the industry. Thus, the expansion into a formal research service.
Helping You Make Better Decisions Faster
The mission of Voicebot Research is to provide you with data and analysis that helps you make better and faster decisions, both strategic and tactical, about your voice AI efforts. Whether you are selling products and services into the industry, are a voice platform and technology provider, or want to voice-enable your processes and customer interactions, Voicebot Research will offer specific data and analysis to help you succeed.
Platform shifts are a big deal. We have just scratched the surface on what voice AI will become over the next decade. The bets that are placed now will shape the winners and losers of this transition. Voicebot Research is designed to increase your odds of success.
What is on the Voicebot Research Calendar?
Our first report includes an executive summary available to anyone for download. It is 15 pages and includes 10 charts from the full-length report which itself has over 30 charts and 30 pages of analysis with numerous other voice assistant data points. Since this is our third year running the Smart Speaker Consumer Adoption Report, the trend data is particularly useful for understanding where the industry has come from and where it is today.
Coming up we have many more reports that you will find only at Voicebot Research and will explore the far-reaching implications of the spread of voice AI.
