Developed in conjunction with Applause, the eBook extracted insights from many of the 60+ Voicebot Podcast interviews with voice designers, developers, solution provides, practitioners and visionaries. Few companies can claim to have a truly great voice experience. There’s been a lot of trial and error because historically there has been no single-source-of-truth for building great voice UX. Having all the best practices in one place will make it much easier for brands to start off on the right foot.
