Insight Exchange Network Event To Offer Real-Life Implementation Guidance for Chatbots & Virtual Assistants
Chatbots & Virtual Assistants for the Enterprise is a two-day event in May hosted by the Insight Exchange Network. The event is aimed to help companies considering or in the process of implementing a bot/VA strategy learn best practices from those who have “been-there-done-that.” This event is distinct in that it is not explicitly for developers. Instead it is geared towards the end-user, like those in the customer service and marketing professions, so they can learn from other companies who have already implemented chatbots and virtual assistants successfully.
The event will feature speakers from Nationwide Financial, Airbnb, USAA, Anheuser-Busch and Nissan to discuss their real-life implementation strategies and the challenges they faced while developing their technology.
