Alexa Accelerator Accepting Applications for July Cohort

Time to start your new company to build out the Alexa ecosystem. Aviel Ginzburg is the new director of the Amazon Alexa Accelerator managed out of Techstars’ Seattle site. Ginzberg wrote in a post yesterday:

Today, Seattle is known by many in the tech world as Cloud City, but it’s my mission to turn Seattle into Voice City. That mission begins today with the Alexa Accelerator, powered by Techstars. Applications are open and we’d love to hear about what you’re up to.

Applications are due April 9th and Techstars has some information sessions coming up in Seattle, Boston, New York, Tel Aviv, Berlin, London and San Francisco. The first one is on March 6th in Seattle and the final session will be on March 28th in San Francisco. Full details can be found here.
