The rebate offers from Amzaon appear on the shopping list part of the Alexa app. Users can select any offers that appeal to them and activate them ahead of their next shopping trip. After they go to the store and buy the product, they have to scan the barcode with the Alexa app and submit a picture through the app of their receipt. The company requires information on where and when the purchase was made, as well as the price of the product. Once approved, Amazon provides the rebate to the customer as part of their Amazon gift card balance. All of the details about the offer are accessible from the Alexa app. According to the company, the rebate is usually sent within a couple of days, though it could be as long as a week.
