Voicebot Says and Voice Daily Flash Briefing Come to Alexa in Australia, Canada, India, and the U.K.
The Voicebot Says Alexa skill and the Voicebot Daily flash briefing are now available in Australia, Canada, India, and the U.K. Vociebot Says is an Alexa skill that publishes a one-minute summary of the top news item in the voice AI industry each weekday. It is published using Castlingo which enables users to listen to the latest news update, listen to several days of news in sequence, or search for information to find relevant episodes. Voicebot Daily is a flash briefing which users can add to their daily routine. Both skills were launched in the U.S. in November 2018. Voicebot Says is also available worldwide as a Google Action.
Voicebot Says accumulated more than 10,000 sessions after 40 episodes and notched 20,000 in less than 80 episodes. And, that was predominantly U.S. users. Now that the daily voice industry news is available to Alexa users in four more countries, those numbers are expected to grow. Voicebot founder and editor Bret Kinsella commented,
