Video: Echo Spatial Perception Demo
In the video above, Voicebot Managing Editor Bret Kinsella demonstrates the new Echo Spatial Perception feature that started rolling out to all Amazon Alexa devices last month. The new feature helps Amazon Alexa know which one of the devices is closest to the person trying to get her attention. This capability allows consumers to have multiple Echo devices throughout their home without all of the devices going off at once when they hear the wake word, “Alexa.”
