Insurance Business America Magazine – Liberty Mutual Insurance is the first insurance carrier to release an Alexa skill. The Safeco “Insurance Advisor” skill enables customers to find a nearby agent to get a quote, contact an independent agent and access an “insurance glossary” of insurance terminology. The Liberty Mutual Skill will be available this fall and allow customers to obtain auto insurance estimates and receive actionable advice on common seasonal home and auto concerns. LINK
