This interactive three-hour session will walk attendees through the core elements of developing a comprehensive and actionable voice strategy for brands and other consumer facing organizations. Participants will learn about different voice channels, compare owned solutions to consumer voice assistant apps, contrast the capabilities and options afforded by the leading voice assistants, learn how to funnel consumers from voice channels to other properties and how to think about constructing a voice app portfolio based on user intent. In addition, the session will cover how to drive app discovery and user retention. All participants will receive a workbook they will use to record insights and develop a baseline framework for their voice strategy as well as action items to move the process forward.
